Helping people hear better while making the process as easy as possible. As a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner and proud Canadian business owner, Laura is deeply committed to helping people of all backgrounds, from the elderly and seniors to Indigenous communities, the homeless, and anyone struggling with hearing loss. Whether you visit one of our locally owned clinics in British Columbia—Chilliwack, Sardis, Hope, Agassiz, Princeton, Lillooet, or Merritt—or rely on our mobile clinics in the Fraser Valley and across BC, as far as Boston Bar or Gabriola Island, Laura ensures that everyone receives the highest level of care and compassion. Her goal is simple: to help people hear better and live fuller lives, no matter where they are or what their circumstances may be. Laura’s dedication extends far beyond the clinics—she is passionate about making hearing care accessible to all.

Shane Kelly is from the Sema:th community, within Sto:lo territory. He assists Carter Hearing serve and organize the First Nation mobile clinic in communities. He helps us by being our primary contact and providing the best services he can for our mobile clinics.
